Bookings:
When making a booking please consider carefully your availability to actually attend at your chosen time. We understand that from time-to-time unforeseen circumstances occur and it is necessary to cancel a booking. If we can refill your booked slot, we are happy to offer you a refund.
Refunds:
Refunds will be provided minus a $5 administration fee. Refunds will be returned to the account used to pay for the riding spot. Please allow 2-3 business days for bank transfers.
Waivers:
All first-time riders at Thursday riding will be required to complete and sign a waiver form agreeing the remove all responsibility of accidents, loss of property or damage to property from Raise the Roof Benalla Inc.
